Day one, I thought this person may be having a bad day so I overlooked his rudeness and indifferent attitude towards me. When I went back to pick up my order the previous attitude was still there. He handed my part package to me which was large and cumbersome . I’m a few months shy of being 80 and was hoping for an offer of help. NOPE! Upon leaving , one of your salesmen offered to help and even installed the accessory for me. Thank you. I will still patronize your facility but will not deal with the parts department again. More
