I was greeted in a timely manner. However I was brought into a tiny closet makeshift office instead of the larger desk in the service center. I made it very awkward. I was told it would only take about an hour and I’d be on my way. My vehicle was pulled back out and I noticed that it sat done and ready to go. I waited but no one came out promptly. So I went to the desk and asked if it was ready. The man said he wasn’t given any paperwork yet. So I waited. After about 25 minutes of waiting I went out to the service area where I arrived and asked, I was told my service coordinator was with someone. So I had to wait. It would have been nice if he had someone else finish up and let me be on my way instead of waiting. More
