As usual, I received excellent service from both the maintenance service desk and the technicians. This time it was Craig's turn on the service desk and, while I waited, he kept me informed of the prog maintenance service desk and the technicians. This time it was Craig's turn on the service desk and, while I waited, he kept me informed of the progress, even though this visit was simply the half yearly routine checkup and fluid top off. I had a question about some body work, and Craig sent the man who evaluated the situation; he discussed the remedies and the cost, and I decided, after talking with him, that I could safely forego the body work and avoid a costly, unnecessary repair.
