I asked for my brakes to be looked at because they were squealing bad, I was brushed off and told that was normal. I asked for it to be documented on the repair order, it was not. It would only take a day or two. I was told I would receive a call when my part came in... Never got that call... I don't want to bash anyone, I am a service advisor myself. It's not an easy job by any means. But this was a very poor experience for my first time. More
