I called to get a quote on an unusual type of request. I installed a component and needed to get the computer programmed. The figure Marty gave me seemed a bit high, given the quote I had received to instal installed a component and needed to get the computer programmed. He checked with the service department and was able to obtain a significantly lower price for me. While I was there I asked about a menu item I on the trucks display. Marty wasn't quite sure what it meant, and researched it for me, provideding a good explanation. The service was provided quickly and completely. This was the second time I had the service department work on my truck that I purchased in August. On both occasions, the work was done completely and in accordance with my specific instructions I would definitely recommend their service department. More
