Missed opportunity I Wanted to purchase my 2015 Silverado at the end of the lease and thought that's what I had done. Turns out, Best Chevrolet, Hingham, MA, did not sub I Wanted to purchase my 2015 Silverado at the end of the lease and thought that's what I had done. Turns out, Best Chevrolet, Hingham, MA, did not submit any of the necessary paperwork to GM Financial. I realized this when Credit Karma notified me that I had been flagged for a missed payment on my credit report. Reached out to the dealer, spoke with a handful of people there (as well as GM Financial) and was assured there would be timely communication on the resolution of the issue. Now going on 3 weeks with no word from Best - even after talking to and, later, leaving messages for Al - and have subsequently been flagged for yet another missed payment to GM Financial. More
