Once again I came to see the best salesman in the world Kevin McGowan, I was looking for a 2022-23 Chevy Trailblazer in Black with Black interior and all the bells and whistles. He had just the one I needed for my friend Alice Nardo who is a fantastic hair stylist. we drove it Loved it and sat down to a very minimal negotiating since we had our parameters and Keven and Erik Dans in financed we were able to hit our numbers. Second injustice from the gm at this dealership I’ve been Ringin to purchase a truck for over a week now I cleared my schedule and just to find out our before business clothes that the truck was sold to some Ringin to purchase a truck for over a week now I cleared my schedule and just to find out our before business clothes that the truck was sold to someone else after being back-and-forth with the sales guy Eddie for over a week regarding the purchase of the vehicle with a simple he did not know that the sales and GM manager sold the vehicle when I just multiple texts back-and-forth regarding my trade-in plus bringing a buyer for an additional vehicle to them to find out the vehicle is no longer available for me to purchase. this is bad business or a backlash from my previous review of bad service I would say this is more of a race attacked rather than clued my entire schedule to complete this process just to show you that white management of these companies don’t care about of minorities time but we all said and done Guess this is what happens when a minority complains about bad service More
I brought my vehicle in for repair after being a rear end collision.just my luck I end up with a three months nightmare and still an incomplete job from dealer collision center. His quick response was told a vehicle for additional week and told me to pick it up today and find out to get a waiver Took long but it was no wrongdoing on their part. took over three months to fix a rear end damage and multiple back-and-forth and I have complete tailgate parts were not installed when was in the shop and overall service was terrible. Don’t feel that I was treated like a valued customer after only purchase and service the vehicle there for years to know this is type of service they receive as a long standing customer was very Hartman. To notes best Chevy the dealership not a side repair shop. More

After a very rough and disheartening start, the GM Erick and Service Manager Joe C. stepped in to completely change our perception. Erick and Joe are committed to earning your trust as a customer for life. Some people say it, but those two actually make difficult decisions that prove it. I now believe that the rough start was an aberration and not at all a true reflection of Best Chevy. In short, I am living proof that you should give Best Chevy a chance to earn your trust and your business. Going above and beyond is an understatement. Again, I can't say enough about Erick and Joe C. They saw that we were unhappy and could have easily allowed us to walk away, but they didn't. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have them understand that customer service is actually important. More
