Service Department Nightmare I went here to have the many recalls fixed on my Chevy Cobalt. To say that the Service Dept. was rude would be an understatement. They were horrible I went here to have the many recalls fixed on my Chevy Cobalt. To say that the Service Dept. was rude would be an understatement. They were horrible to me and acted like I was a big pain in the butt to them. They were also very unorganized when I dropped off the car and when I picked it up. It isn't my fault these recalls had to be fixed. I also asked them to fix a taillight that was out, they did that, but I also had them check a tire for me that had been going low, of course they said it needed to be replaced for $135, uh no! As soon as I picked up the car, I went to Delta World Tire in Metairie, and they patched the tire! Nice job Best Chevrolet Service for trying to get money out of me for a new tire that wasn't needed! I will never go here again for service or any other reason. I also had a card that I received in the mail about the recalls that said right on it I would get a free oil change/tire rotation for the inconvenience of having to get the recalls fixed. They tried to argue with me on that too, even when I showed them the card! Beware of Best Chevrolet Service Department! More

I had the opportunity to buy a vehicle from them, and the task was almost effortless. I found the vehicle I wanted and everything went smoothly from there. I seriously cannot think of anything that Best could have done better. From now on, when I am tasked with buying a vehicle, Best will be my first & only stop. Ask for Carissa, she's wonderful!! More
Sales staff was completely Unprofessional. we put a kink in their price tag, they didn't like it. So we told them we liked our Camaro. We didn't have to have a new truck if the price wasn't right. So they did what they had to do to get the price where we wanted it to be. The G.M and his staff walked thru the showroom with an attitude though. The next few times we had to come in we never got so much as a Hi or what can I do for you. Never got acknowledged. I would never recommend this dealership. We bought our Camaro at Puyallup, I would go back there again. More
My family has been on the road for a week, starting in MD. I noticed a large pool of oil under my 2010 Suburban as I was preparing to leave New Orleans for Houston. I headed for your dealership hoping t MD. I noticed a large pool of oil under my 2010 Suburban as I was preparing to leave New Orleans for Houston. I headed for your dealership hoping that we could be seen for a diagnosis with no appointment (and hoping we wouldn't have to hang out until Monday for a repair). The service manager was able to have the truck looked at almost immediately; happily the problem was only a loose oil filter. We were only charged to add 2 quarts of oil and we were back on the road within 45 minutes. I want to thank the service department for helping us so quickly and turning what started as a very bad morning far from home, into a good service experience with your dealership. If I lived in the area you would have gained a loyal customer today. More

The problem is with their in-house Titl I purchased a 2011 Corvette Convertible from them. The car itself is fine and the price I paid was fine. The problem is with their in-house Title Clerk and other admin type folks. In short they are incompetent and cannot follow even the simplest written instructions. The salesman is very personable and repeatedly apologized for his co-workers but the fact remains that it took them 3 full months to get my Title and paperwork straightened out due to their mistakes. I spent almost 1 week of my time and several hundred dollars unnecessarily because of these folks. I will not be a return customer. More
The first time I called the dealorship I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Hosea who was friendly and took all of my information but never called back. The following day I spoke with Lynn and explained what happened. At the time I did not recall the first gentlemans name. Lynn took my information and called me back maybe 20 minutes later. Not only did he have the vehicle I was looking for but he was going to beat everyone's price by $2000.00!! Maybe an hour later Hosea returned my call with the same information. I chose to work with Lynn because even though he had no idea whether or not I was serious about buying a vehicle from him, he was serious enough about his job to take the time to research my wants and call me back promptly.
