I own a new 2024 Seltos, bought at another Kia dealer. within 800 miles I picked up a nail and a tire went flat. For me this was an emergency, because I was taking a trip and did not want to run the highw within 800 miles I picked up a nail and a tire went flat. It was late in the work day, but Pedro Mata, understood my circumstance and allowed me to bring my car in for tire repair / replacement. I was really surprised at how "out-of-the-way" accommodating Pedro was. I am deeply grateful for that kind if service to a Kia owner who bought from a competitor. Pedro's excellent service and spirit toward me has won Berwyn Kia a new customer. Thank you Pedro. More
Great,knowledgeable,sometimes SLOW when waiting on repairs. Overall very good service. No complaints! Entire staff always courteous, knowledgeable,understanding and helpful. What started out fine turned horrible. Outside of the numerous problems I've had with a kia (not the dealerships fault) bringing my car here for service is always an adventure. This week I had a recall and a light fixed on Monday. Wednesday I had an issue with the power to my whole car, I figured I should bring it back in case maybe sharing was done wrong. Made an appointment on their site, had my car towed there. Should've been all ready on Thursday too get looked at. It's now Friday and I'm told that having an appointment means they'll "accept the car" but not do anything with it until they are free. I'm told my car might get looked at on Monday. No dealer car for me to use. I didn't even get a phone call the first day and had to call them to even find out if they received the car. Now I can't really tow it again to literally any other place around that wouldn't take it and ignore you for 5 days, be and I'm stuck waiting until "maybe Monday" while they have appointments available through today and Monday. Kias have their issues. But when you're dealing with them, go to any other Kia dealer. This one isn't worth it. More
I only went to get my oil change and change my brake pads. I got charged for extra work I didn't ask for. I tried being nice and patient but she was careless and rude! Worst experience ever! They need to fire her because all of the names that I see on here is MJ! She's terrible! I'm surprised she's still there! Also, she kept nagging to me how she wants to go home and wanted to clock out, if she hates her Jon she quit. The company will be better off without her bad service! I will never have her as my advisor again! Also my car was at the service place for 5 days! and she still wanted to keep my car for more days because she didn't want to do the paper work! Don't get her. More
Worst experience, service does NOT communicate. Lie after lie, excuse after excuse. I don't want to give it 1 star. Got there at 1p. Car shaking. 2020 sportage. Finally pick it up. MJ said how was it- are you kidding?? You, of all people, haven't told the truth and don't respond to emails that you said you would. I said " never again". "Well I'm 1 person and I do 60 cars a day". DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A RENTAL CAR BILL. More

Took the car in for the anti theft update. After leaving the dealership my ‘check engine’ light turned on. I called them and was told the engine is not covered and that will cost 175 dollars a After leaving the dealership my ‘check engine’ light turned on. This is awful customer service and a dishonest business. Never again! More
What dealership keeps a car for 9 months (no that is not a typo) for repair? Beware! Horrible experience for KIA if your car needs service!!! I bought a new 2022 Telluride just over a year ago and it only has 10,000 miles so I was Horrible experience for KIA if your car needs service!!! I bought a new 2022 Telluride just over a year ago and it only has 10,000 miles so I was surprised when the 'check engine' light came on. Brought it to a mechanic whose diagnostic machine said it was an emissions leak. Mechanic said the issue is 99% an issue that would be covered under a warranty due to the age and mileage of the car. I called Kia of Lincolnwood who told me the first available appointment would be in TWO MONTHS, but agreed that I should not drive the car with the check engine light on. They said they would not be able to offer a rental car and offered no solutions for being without a car for two months. I called Kia Customer Service who apologized for the wait time at Kia of Lincolnwood and said Berwyn Kia had an available appointment in two days. The person I talked to on the phone at Berwyn Kia said to expect my car to be there for 2.5 days and they could also do 3 recalls (did not receive a letter or call that there was recalls on my car!) at the same time. Definitely an inconvenience, but we could manage without a car for 2.5 days. However, service at Berwyn Kia went quickly downhill! When I dropped the car off, they said it would be closer to a 7 to 10 days before getting my car back. They said they could not offer a rental car until they did a diagnostic test to determine if it was an issue under "warranty." Starting to get frustrated, but figured I could wait a day to get the car inspected and then hopefully be told they would approve a rental car. NOPE. Turns out the estimated 7-10 days was just to get the car inspected and then they would give me another estimate for how long the service would take! So even though I had an appointment, my car is sitting at Berwyn Kia not even being looked at for 7 - 10 days with no offer of a rental car or any other solution for an issue that is 99% due to a manufacture issue. I called Kia's customer service and they said they would look into the service being provided by Berwyn Kia, but they offered no other solutions for being without a car for such an extended amount of time. We have loved our Telluride up until this point, but if we're not able to get prompt service and a rental car during the service for a manufacture issue, we're questioning if we should have purchased a KIA! More
