I've purchased 3 KIA vehicles here (Kia Optima no longer have, KIA K5 Wolf Gray , and my wife's KIA Sorento Everlasting silver). We have issues yes, sometimes service will not answer the phone yes; but we're family. You will not be disappointed with us (me as an employee), you'll be treated like family here (me as a customer). I'm also a 14 year Army Veteran (2 tours Overseas OIF and OEF, and a Believer. All things work out in my favor, and I never stop working for you. The people here are very nice, especially Tavia. She is an amazing person and will do her best to make you feel comfortable during the process. If I could rate Tavis personally, it would be 5 stars She is an amazing person and will do her best to make you feel comfortable during the process. The management can get too pushy and had to get involved, which turned me off. I think if I worked with just Tavia today, I'd be driving their vehicle today. I was offered a different car than I came there to buy(more expensive off course). More
