I broug Unnecessary Services - UNETHICAL I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with Berwyn Kia Service team ( though their sales team is great). I brought my 2023 Kia Sportage in for routine maintenance/oil change at just 13,784 miles, and was shocked to find a $199 charge for a “fuel induction service” on my bill—a service I never asked for, was never told about, and which is not required by Kia sportage at this mileage. When I questioned the charge, the staff tried to justify it by pointing to my check-in signature, but this is a sneaky tactic to squeeze extra money out of customers. Illinois law requires explicit consent for any service over $100, but Berwyn Kia clearly ignores this rule. Their service team will add unnecessary services to your bill without your knowledge, hoping you won’t notice or will be too intimidated to complain. When I demanded a refund, they flat-out refused. This is not just bad service—it’s a dishonest way to make money at the expense of trusting customers. I strongly advise anyone considering Berwyn Kia to double-check every line on their invoice and question every extra charge. Don’t let them fool you like they tried to do with me. I raised it with service manager Dustin and service director TIM ward and they are not agreeing to issue refund for their cheating. I am escalating with necessary authorities so they stop run this fooling campaign to earn more revenue at behest of customer trust. More

This is the third car that I have bought from sales consultant Vince Watts. I bought two of them in 2015, one for my Mom and one for myself. They were absolutely wonderful cars. We not only consider Vince as our sales consultant, but we now consider him a friend. Sales consultant Sasa is also excellent and helped us out on the days that Vince was off since it took us a while to decide on a purchase. Their manager Victor was also great and worked with us and our budget. Fair deal, I'll say. They all worked together as a team. Excellent showroom, excellent choices, and excellent customer service.
