Charged me over $500 Were not able to do a state inspection because “they didn’t have anyone who could do it”. They supposedly changed my oil and rotated tires, but they did not reset the service in inspection because “they didn’t have anyone who could do it”. They claimed I needed over $2000 worth of front end work, I took it to another shop for a second opinion, and they laughed and told me I would not need said work for a considerable amount of time. I called to schedule an oil change and was told there were not any open appointments for two weeks. When I arrived, I was told the cost of everything would total over 500. I waited there for my car to be serviced for 2 hours. After I received my receipt, I noticed that I was charged almost 300 just for labor on an oil change. This was not explained to me beforehand otherwise I would not have had it serviced there. Way to expensive. More
