I have leased two Rogues from Bertera. The process to lease the vehicles and then get them registered and put on the road was a miserable experience. I never heard from the manager about any complaints. I have had both vehicles serviced at Bertera. The people in the service department have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have always felt welcomed by anyone I interacted with in the department. My questions and or concerns have always been addressed positively and in a timely manner. I do hope the sales department becomes competent in their dealings with customers. More
Service rep was very nice, patient and courteous, and she went to Great lengths to ensure my car issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Additionally, she explained clearly to me the process for repair including contacting and making use of my warranty on my vehicle. I am very grateful for all these services and wishes to extend a Big Thank You to Ali Callahan for taking care of my needs. I noted however, that the work done my vehicle affected the emissions most probably due to a disconnection of the battery terminals in order to resolve the issue with the grille. I discovered this a few minutes after I picked the car and went for an inspection; the inspection report showed that all tests passed except the emissions..it will have been more welcoming if the technician who worked on my car at Bertera had looked at and advised me of a possible emissions problem since they had the car for about 4 hours. I tried to contact the service rep by phone to inform her about the emissions issue but was unsuccessful. Consequently, I'm not giving a full rating for the service. More
