I was in for my 45,000 mile service/oil change. I had a great experience THIS TIME. Caitlin was great she listened to everything I said and got what was needed fixed under my warranty, last time I wasn’t s great experience THIS TIME. Just moved to the area and this was my first time using Bertera Nissan. My Murano needed to be towed into Bertera Nissan for a mechanical problem. The whole experience was very positive.
