Worst experience. Brand new rogue broke down 150 miles from home and made the mistake of having it towed to bertera. Difficult to get an update had to keep calling her to get any info. Would never ever recommend this dealer. I’m the end it was a simple battery issue (apparently) which is something that would have been noticed if diagnosed when it was sent in. There should be greater attention paid emergency issues over regular oil changes and service. More

Impersonal, unprofessional, and far from trustworthy. Upon purchase was given a service contract: good for 2 routine maintenance visits. This being only my second visit should have been fully covered, bu Upon purchase was given a service contract: good for 2 routine maintenance visits. This being only my second visit should have been fully covered, but instead was only given the oil change and tire rotation. I had only put on about 2500 miles since my first visit, and totaling less than 5000 miles since purchasing the vehicle. I bought the vehicle with 12,810 miles on it. My first visit was arty 14,879 miles (15,000 mile recommended service) in which they opted not to change the cabin and air filters stating they would do it at my next visit. So here we are at 17,574 miles which they are wanting to log as a 20,000 mile service, and do a brake fluid change that is recommended at 20k. I told them I would bring my vehicle back at that mileage for the brake fluid change, but at its' current mileage only wanted the oil change, tire rotation, and filters done. This has negated my enrollment in the tires for life program according to my service associate. I told them it shouldn't as it doesn't recommend the work until 20k miles, but whatever. A service that should have been fully covered I was instead charged $122 for... for changing 2 $20 filters?! Now I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance for 8:30am in which I was on time for. I scheduled it because my time is valuable to me. They didn't begin working on my vehicle until 9:36 (that's more than an hour after it was scheduled for). I received text message notice that work was completed at 10:27 but wasn't retrieved until 10:45. So an hour plus of my day was wasted due to lack of respecting me as a customer with a scheduled appointment. What is the point of scheduling if it isn't going to be adhered to? I asked that very question getting the response that they are short staffed. I'm sorry but as a customer that is not my problem. Obviously if they cannot keep up with scheduled appointments then someone needs to learn to book them more appropriately. Also they mentioned a noise coming from the right front of the vehicle yet didn't diagnose what it was. Told me if it worsens to make an appointment. As having driven less than 5k miles since buying the vehicle and having brought it in twice for service (both times this noise was mentioned) yet neither time did it get looked at?! A reputable service department at a reputable dealership would have fixed this before selling the vehicle. Instead without knowing the cause they just put me out on the road again risking not just my safety, but drivers around me as well. Disgusting. More

Everything about the service work getting done was fantastic. What struck me as weird was the old skinny Latino guy with the bad hairpiece that came out when I dropped off my car to ask me what I was fantastic. He went on some kind of rant about Trump, immigrants, the withdrawal from Afghanistan after that. Wasn’t sure what the point was. I got the impression the bad hairpiece guy and the two mooks he came out with thought I was someone else. Anyway, a fun story to tell my friends and put on reviews. More
