Vehicle was dropped off with rep for service at 9:30. I called back by 2:30 as I had not heard word about what was wrong with my vehicle. Rep stated they did not hear a sound or squeak and the tech was no called back by 2:30 as I had not heard word about what was wrong with my vehicle. Rep stated they did not hear a sound or squeak and the tech was not able to duplicate the problem. I was told if the problem persists to bring it back and they will see what they can do. No money was due for service. Upon picking up the vehicle the car made the same sound and the rep did not take any time to listen or see what my concern was. Problem still persists with the vehicle. Worst Nissan dealership. We bought a 2017 Q80, very nice car, visually, except one problem..transmission was grinding going down hill, RPM would increase, speed would also increase even when brakes applied, car, visually, except one problem..transmission was grinding going down hill, RPM would increase, speed would also increase even when brakes applied, this would cause, lights to flash on the dash, causing the Collision Avoidance to disable and also 4X4 to disable. But that was early this year, they gave us the run around, or they can't fix the problem or tell us what the actual problem is, or maybe they don't know how or what to fix, either way no communication. Basically the vehicle has been at their hands 90% of the time this entire year. The supervisors and managers are impossible to find! The Q80 was brought to Infiniti dealership but Nissan failed to mention the transmission issue, then had to be brought back multiple times. The car has been to a Nissan dealership, transmission dealership, and Infiniti dealership, then back to Infiniti dealership up to now..all in that order. Sales side is pretty decent, but that's not who you deal with after you sign the paperwork. unfortunately, not who you need when problems arise. Now waiting for a refund. (They decided to refund the lemon but won't refund the amount according to what the Lemon Law states, they said they don't care what it says). Mind you, we've been nothing but patient, respectful, and reasonable with them. Basically if you buy a car here, and it's defective, it's on you and they claim you can do nothing about it. I emphasize the word AVOID Bertera Nissan, I Should've read the reviews before going there. More

I feel that Nissan did NOT support me at all when the transmission blew in my Rogue at about 70,000 miles, and they asked what seemed like an insane price for the transmission repair (over $7,000!!!) I w transmission blew in my Rogue at about 70,000 miles, and they asked what seemed like an insane price for the transmission repair (over $7,000!!!) I was also not informed ahead of time that the dealership has a storage fee, but luckily they were able to work with me to greatly reduce the $800+ they were asking. Grateful for that, and I somewhat understand that Nissan couldn’t fully cover repairs due to outdated warranty and service history, but I would have immensely appreciated ANY reduction in cost, which seemed like it was going to be over $10,000!!! Unfortunately I don’t think I will be buying another Nissan car again due to this experience, as well as the amount of recalls/customer issues with transmissions. Was able to buy a used transmission, got my own fluid (again, Nissan charges a lot for their branded fluid), and quoted my repair with a mechanic. Overall, looks like I will be spending around $2,000 in total for doing this work myself. Much better than $10,000!!! More
