Horrendous service. Poor communication skills. My car was at the dealership for the entire day and the only service performed was an oil change and tire rotation. Even the appointment booking process was pai at the dealership for the entire day and the only service performed was an oil change and tire rotation. Even the appointment booking process was painful. My car has to go back again for the rest of the work to be completed. Ridiculous. Eager for my lease to be up so I can find a dealership with a service center that cares to be honest with their customers. More
