Had driver's power window looked at as it was getting stuck. Window needed tracks cleaned and lubricated. Frustrating for this to happen to a 2019 model that is garaged most of the time. Upon picking up vehicle, noticed the memory seat switches had no illuminated lights and was not working. Returned vehicle to dealership, technician likely forgot to connect harness after re-installing door panel. This was obviously not tested before notifying me that the vehicle was ready. People make mistakes, but the excuse I received for the error was not the truth. Makes it difficult to trust the information received. Never had an issue with service here before. In truth, I've only had service done here a few times over the years. More
