Takes a long time to complete a service. I was told 45 mins, but it could be up to 2hrs if I included an alignment. My interaction with the staff was good. The part I needed replacing could only been done by the dealer. They also did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and noticed I needed a new battery for $300 and a new replacing could only been done by the dealer. I wasn’t going to pay that for a bulb and a battery So after picking my car up from Nissan I took it to my mechanic to replace those things and it cost $250 total. Half the price of Nissan. Plus my mechanic noticed my lower control arm on front left tire was so broken he didn’t know how I drove it to him. Yet somehow Nissans “inspection”missed that. More
