Bertera Nissan - Service Center

Terrible customer service, dropped my car off for an oil change at 1pm was told to come back at 3 or 4 came back at 4:30 and was told my vehicle was not ready and a mechanic advised they were waiting on a p change at 1pm was told to come back at 3 or 4 came back at 4:30 and was told my vehicle was not ready and a mechanic advised they were waiting on a part in which my car did not need one I have a 2021 rogue and was only there for an oil change mechanic was rude and had no idea what he was talking about another rep began to speak to me and stated my car won’t be ready for 30 minutes. Manager was sitting right there and did not intervene I asked for a manager and he of course knew nothing about it. Advised I was not allowed back there as if I would ever go back with that kind of service. I’m assuming they did not treat my vehicle as a priority because I have a full Maintenance plan idk but, never again will I return here More

The employees were very nice. My car was done sooner than stated. A loaner would have been nice it took just over 3 hours but I brought a book so it wasn’t awful. My car was done sooner than stated.
