Brought my brand new car in because it was making noise, they replaced front right wheel bearing. I picked up my car and the noise was still there. I’m assuming they never test drove it. Nissan was able to figure out and fix a clunking noise from the back of my car on both sides was a combination of transmission, coupler, and a lose rear end. They gave me a loaner and fixed my car with me from the back of my car on both sides was a combination of transmission, coupler, and a lose rear end.
