I apologize that you did not have an exceptional experience with our service department. Your air pressure should have definitely been filled to proper spec. As for balancing your tires, we only do this upon request from the customer as it does cost extra. If you would like to stop by and get a proper oil change sticker you are more than welcome to at any time/day that is convenient for you. Thank you for your feedback. Have a great day.
