Wasn’t really looking to buy another vehicle. It was such a beautiful day out, stopped in and Al came out to greet us. We just walked the lot looking at vehicles. Vehicle was dropped off with rep for service at 9:30. I called back by 2:30 as I had not heard word about what was wrong with my vehicle. Rep stated they did not hear a sound or squeak and the tech was no called back by 2:30 as I had not heard word about what was wrong with my vehicle. Rep stated they did not hear a sound or squeak and the tech was not able to duplicate the problem. I was told if the problem persists to bring it back and they will see what they can do. No money was due for service. Upon picking up the vehicle the car made the same sound and the rep did not take any time to listen or see what my concern was. Problem still persists with the vehicle.
