Horrendous service. Poor communication skills. My car was at the dealership for the entire day and the only service performed was an oil change and tire rotation. My car has to go back again for the rest of the work to be completed. Ridiculous. I had a number of issues during this service. I booked through the call center for 12/3. Then a Chris called me & moved my date up as it was a driving issue. Upon arriving they didn’t even have my appoint through the call center for 12/3. Then a Chris called me & moved my date up as it was a driving issue. Upon arriving they didn’t even have my appointment in the system & said appointments hadn’t been coming over from customer service. I dropped my car off at 9am & they didn’t even get to diagnosing it until 330pm. I ended up being with out a car all day & wasn’t told that would be the case. Because it took so long day 1 I had to schedule another appt and be with out my car for another full day for the actual fix. I signed paperwork it was covered under warranty but when I went to pick up for the final time they tried to charge me because it was put in the system wrong. It just overall was not a good experience and hugely disappointing given I’ve been leasing with Berterra for years. More
