Horrendous service. Poor communication skills. My car was at the dealership for the entire day and the only service performed was an oil change and tire rotation. I had a number of issues during this service. I booked through the call center for 12/3. Then a Chris called me & moved my date up as it was a driving issue. Upon arriving they didn’t even have my appoint through the call center for 12/3. Then a Chris called me & moved my date up as it was a driving issue. Upon arriving they didn’t even have my appointment in the system & said appointments hadn’t been coming over from customer service. I dropped my car off at 9am & they didn’t even get to diagnosing it until 330pm. I ended up being with out a car all day & wasn’t told that would be the case. Because it took so long day 1 I had to schedule another appt and be with out my car for another full day for the actual fix. I signed paperwork it was covered under warranty but when I went to pick up for the final time they tried to charge me because it was put in the system wrong. It just overall was not a good experience and hugely disappointing given I’ve been leasing with Berterra for years. More
