This is our 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Bertera Nissan and I'm sure it won't be our last. For our first vehicle, a used 2007 Nissan Xterra, we dealt with Frank, our second vehicle, a from Bertera Nissan and I'm sure it won't be our last. For our first vehicle, a used 2007 Nissan Xterra, we dealt with Frank, our second vehicle, a new 2012 Nissan Juke, we dealt with Teddy and for our third vehicle, a new 2012 Nissan Frontier, we dealt with Dennis. Each time we were very pleased. Dennis made sure that we got the best vehicle for us. He was very patient and took the time to go over every Frontier they had in stock to see which one we wanted to go with and sure enough he did a great job because we went home with one that very night. He even laid down in the bed of the truck to measure the length of it! They stayed after hours for us to make sure we were able to take the car home right away. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and unbelievably helpful! They seem to know the in's and out's of every vehicle on the lot. Each time they made sure that every question was answered and that we knew how to work all of the bells and whistles in our vehicles. There was no rushing us or pushing us at all. Also, I love the whole atmosphere of Bertera Nissan. There's no confusion on where to park when pulling in, all of the vehicles are very close(you don't have to walk a mile to get to the car you want to look at) and it is very professional once you get down to business with separate offices so that your business is your business. We have highly recommended Bertera Nissan in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Dennis Pietro went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy with our purchase. I can't say enough about how great he was to work with. Keep up the good work! More

I wanted a Frontier with certain options that were hard to locate. Bertera’s salesman, Mike Mastroianni, said by phone that he didn’t have one on his lot but could get one for me, and I should give him a $ to locate. Bertera’s salesman, Mike Mastroianni, said by phone that he didn’t have one on his lot but could get one for me, and I should give him a $500 deposit to hold it. I put it on my charge card. Later, he said he couldn’t get that truck, after all, but would keep looking and would hang onto my deposit. I said no, refund it because the truck it was for is not available. He argued and got rude. I called my charge card company. They called Bertera. The sales manager, Anthony, rudely argued with me and them, (three-way call), but eventually gave up and agreed to refund the charge. I reported this to the Mass. Attorney General’s office. More
Dennis made sure I had the best possible vehicle for my situation. He took the time to answer any questions I had, and got me a good deal and great car. I visited Bertera Nissan recently to explore trading in my 2007 Nissan Altima Hybrid for a newer Altima. I was unsure whether it was time to purchase a new car but Dennis worked with me to ensure that I ha my 2007 Nissan Altima Hybrid for a newer Altima. I was unsure whether it was time to purchase a new car but Dennis worked with me to ensure that I had all of the necessary information to make an informed decision. He allowed me to drive home a new Altima for the night to show my spouse so we could make the decision together, which was very helpful. While we decided not to purchase another Altima, we decided to purchase a Sentra w/Dennis's help. His patience & knowledge was much appreciated. More

I am a senior citizen and have trouble unstanding all the gagets. But, whenever I call Dennis he s always johnny on the spot to take time and help me out. He is really an asset to Bertera Nissan.
