Overall I am very pleaased with the service I received......I drove away with my new nissan that day just as I wanted to, no hours of negotistions.....to the thr point.....I will be sending frends!!! Hint: salesman does not make decisions - need to wait for manager. Another hint: negotiations take 1-2hrs - do not give up too early (unless several $k are not big money for you). Now sad part. As you can see from reviews from others - I'm not the only person that has this problem... Service department is HORRIBLE. Slow, representatives look sad and the most important - they damaged my car last time. Dent is not very large, so I noticed only at home but nevertheless... I would recommend to stop there once to see everything by yourself and avoid in future. Chances that they damage your car right immediately are small, in my case, they damaged only during the fourth visit. More

I just recently leased Nissan Altima from Bertera and my experience overall was good with them. Especially it was the pricing they offered made me lease through them.
