She had a great experience with Matt so I made sure to ask for hi Was recommended to Berterra from my Daughtor who bought her Rouge there 2 years ago. She had a great experience with Matt so I made sure to ask for him. He knew we were coming, and he was kind enough to have the vehicle I had in mind ready to go for a test drive. Since I was a bit picky and wanted the cream interior and white exterior of the new Murrano (which was not on the lot) Matt was kind enough to show me the cream interior on the orange Murrano, since we drove a white Murrano with darker interior. This made it easier for me to see what the white interior looked like in person compared to in a brochure or online. I now knew exactly what I wanted. After the test drive I was ready to make a purchase. Matt was able to get the exact Murrano from another dealership within the next 2 days. He made this process so pleasant. He was not pushy, answered all of my questions, was was anything but "your typical car sales man". My husband can't stop talking about him and even offered him a steak dinner.
