I was with my partner's mother looking to trade out of her current car and into a lease. Our sales associate: Chad, was nothing but excellent. He understood our situation quickly, picked out a car and sent us on our way for the test drive. The words "efficient " and "car dealership" normally do not go hand and hand but with Chad, they did. We made a great deal on the spot, signed some quick paperwork with the finance person and we were on our way. If you want to avoid the BS other dealership will put you through, don't both and just come to Bertera Nissan, you'll save a lot of time and be glad you did. More

Worst all around dealership If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from this place just DON'T. Didn't even drive it off the lot and the drivers side mirror was broken by one of their sales team! Then they didn't get the right mirror in to fix it, so I couldn't get my sticker! The put some crappy mirror on just to pass inspection that I can't see out of. I complain and complain then they call say bring it down. And it's the wrong mirror, the next time the glass was broken. 5 months in I get a mirror!! When asked about a noise I'm told it will cost 2k to fix, no warranty on anything although I requested the extended warranty. When discussing with a manager was told "well, maybe it's time for a new vehicle" Are you kidding me? Seriously unhappy with all services from this place....... More

Horrible service department We had to have a tranny replaced for a vehicle bought at Bertera. They replaced it with a used transmission that didn't even last 7 months. They told We had to have a tranny replaced for a vehicle bought at Bertera. They replaced it with a used transmission that didn't even last 7 months. They told us it wasn't the tranny it was 2 other pieces. The 2 pieces they were referring to were part of the transmission unit THEY replaced. We would have to pay $5200.00. They told us tough luck because we were over the 12k miles and sent us home with a car that could potentially explode. Great place!! Way to treat your customers! Never ever again will I step foot in that dealership and I will tell everyone who will listen what criminals Bertera Nissan employs. Shameful. More

I never felt rushed and I felt as though he really cared about what I ended up with, and wasn’t just trying to sell me a car. Once I made my decision on a Pathfinder and purchased it he took the time to show me everything it could do. He helped me set everything up and made sure I was comfortable before I drove off the lot. I have recommended many friends and family to stop there when looking for a vehicle, and I always tell them to ask for Keith specifically.
