Will never return to Bertera Nissan,Auburn. Promises not kept. This car a 2018 Rogue had key scratches on the paint and the glass was all scratched up. They buffed some of the paint scratches off and some l kept. This car a 2018 Rogue had key scratches on the paint and the glass was all scratched up. They buffed some of the paint scratches off and some left on the car.I showed 4 employees at Bertera those scratches before we left with the car. The glass also had key scratches on the windows.They stated when I brought the car in a company called "Philips Glass" would be called in to take care and replace the affected windows. When I brought the car in for my sticker the salesman made all kinds of excuses why they would not fix the glass. I am now driving around with my cars windows all scratched up. I paid over 20,000 dollars for this vehicle.Keep away from Bertera is my advice to anybody thinking of buying a vehicle. More
Thieves is what they are. DO NOT TRUST them. I have had my vehicle serviced there its entire existence and no one mentioned anything about the CVT transmission problems. I found out 3 months after extended my vehicle serviced there its entire existence and no one mentioned anything about the CVT transmission problems. I found out 3 months after extended warranty expired. Now I'm paying 3K to fix and they are not providing me a rental. Drive too another Nissan dealer for any service done. More
I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I have been in the process of selling my vehicle. After uploading it on KBB with all features including vin number, multiple dealerships reached out with in been in the process of selling my vehicle. I told each one that I would not be driving around everywhere to get a number for my car. I had all pictures and features uploaded and asked for their best offer, pending their final inspection. I was contacted by Bertera Nissan of Auburn. I told the gentleman in internet sales that I lived an hour away and was honest about my current highest offer. He told me that as long as everything was as stated online, he could “easily beat” that number. I drove there and they did a quick visual inspection. The vehicle is immaculate, never eaten or drank in even, better in person than pictures and no mechanical issues whatsoever. After an excessive wait, their games began with excuses of reasons that would have been known by the information with my listing online, such as the expired factory warranty and the vehicle originating in Canada. Again, this is all information that the salesman had access to before I drove there. I was even straight with him on the phone before agreeing to drive in and asked him not to waste my time because I had to bring my my one year old son with me. The offer they gave me was a joke. They had no respect for me and treat people poorly at this dealership. I would recommend taking your business to a different place, one that does not play games and treats people with respect. More
