Called in to schedule a service appointment and was told that one was not required for the level of maintenance that I was requiring. A bit skeptically I drove from out of state was greeted by John Upham, w that one was not required for the level of maintenance that I was requiring. A bit skeptically I drove from out of state was greeted by John Upham, who explained to me that if I were waiting for the vehicle it may take a couple of hours. Right to the 2 hour mark John returned to let me know that my wife's vehicle was ready to go, applied a nice discount/coupon to my service and had me back out on the road just as promised. Great Job! I had my car towed to Bertera Incredible experience. 5 stars My car broke down in the late evening hours and I was nearly 2 hours away from home. I had my car towed to Bertera not knowing anything in the area, but did a Google search to find a Nissan shop within a reasonable towing distance. From beginning to end, I can't say enough how courteous, friendly, prompt & thorough John Upham was. Thank you to the tech who worked on my car whose name I do not have. I had my car back in just 2 business days (towed in on Friday night and my car was ready on Tuesday). Thank you so very much! You guys are awesome -Nancy (Rhode Island) More
