I have leased two Rogues from Bertera. The process to lease the vehicles and then get them registered and put on the road was a miserable experience. I never heard from the manager about any complaints. I have had both vehicles serviced at Bertera. The people in the service department have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have always felt welcomed by anyone I interacted with in the department. My questions and or concerns have always been addressed positively and in a timely manner. I do hope the sales department becomes competent in their dealings with customers. More
Service rep was very nice, patient and courteous, and she went to Great lengths to ensure my car issue was resolved as quickly as possible. I am very grateful for all these services and wishes to extend a Big Thank You to Ali Callahan for taking care of my needs. I noted however, that the work done my vehicle affected the emissions most probably due to a disconnection of the battery terminals in order to resolve the issue with the grille. I discovered this a few minutes after I picked the car and went for an inspection; the inspection report showed that all tests passed except the emissions..it will have been more welcoming if the technician who worked on my car at Bertera had looked at and advised me of a possible emissions problem since they had the car for about 4 hours. I tried to contact the service rep by phone to inform her about the emissions issue but was unsuccessful. Consequently, I'm not giving a full rating for the service. More

Came in for a simple oil change and the routine check said everything was good. I almost had a heart attack accelerating onto the highway due to this unknown noise. Immediately I pull back into Nissan an said everything was good. I almost had a heart attack accelerating onto the highway due to this unknown noise. Immediately I pull back into Nissan and am told this is how I brought it in. This is incorrect. Your technician broke my muffler flange and would not own up to it. Then you guys want me to pay you $700 to get your mistake fixed? You looked at a young female and said “she won’t know.” What I do know is my car wasn’t blowing out my eardrum when I brought it in, and now it is. Awful service all around. I will go out if my way to make sure Nissan owners do not visit the dealership in Auburn. More

Bought certified pre-owned. Car only had one set of keys, salesman assured me he would get another pair.
