dave gave us exceptional service. i work in retail and for someone to be as comunicative and understanding as him, it makes difficult situations much easier to accept. i feel the service was the best i h for someone to be as comunicative and understanding as him, it makes difficult situations much easier to accept. i feel the service was the best i have been given but with the length of time it took it was unfortunate that we had to pay for 2/3 of the rental. my vehicle runs very nice and dave did go above and beyond to make it so painless for us. we were with out our vehicle for 3 weeks. he made us feel like it was less time. like i said the only dissappointment was who would cover the rental and for how long. the comprehensive warranty only covered 5 days and the parts person covered 2 days. i felt because of the weather conditions and the length of time it took to get the part we needed that i should not have had to pay for 14 out of the 21 days. but i appreciate the level of customer service we received was outstanding.
