Bertera Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I walked into the dealership thinking about purchasing a used vehicle to replace my 2003 Ford Windstar. I came in with my credit reports and scores (not the best) After speaking with Christopher for 10 mi used vehicle to replace my 2003 Ford Windstar. I came in with my credit reports and scores (not the best) After speaking with Christopher for 10 minutes and a quick check, he informed me that for close to the payments I wanted I could purchase a NEW vehicle. I told him about a vehicle I had recently driven as a rental and he pulled out the EXACT same car 1 model year newer with the same features as the rental. I fell in love with it. He walked me through everything and answered all my questions to perfection. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Caliber. When it came time for the financing portion I met Cynthia. The initial payment she showed me was way above what I expected and I told her this. After speaking to the bank and a couple of phone calls, she got my payment within my range and even got me an interest rate at 1/2 of what I expected, I was truely impressed. Chris even moved all of the heavy things from my van into my new vehicle and got it all set for me to turn the key and drive away. This was the single most incredible car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Every one of the staff said hello as they walked by, everyone smiled and they were extremely friendly even though it wasn't their commission. Very impressive. They work as a team to make your entire car buying experience as easy and pleasant as they possibly can. I will definately be going back when I need another vehicle. More

I recently had to have my vehicle serviced at Bertera in West Springfield and I cannot say enough about the service manager James Marinaccio! I had a problem with a squeaky seat that had previously gone un West Springfield and I cannot say enough about the service manager James Marinaccio! I had a problem with a squeaky seat that had previously gone undiagnosed. From the minute I spoke with him about the problem he went above and beyond to find a timely solution. When I thanked him he replied, "that's my job.". Although that may be true, this kind of service is not, unfortunately, always commonplace. I will continue to do business with this dealership. At first this was due to the service received from the salesmen I worked with. Now, it's largely due to the serviced received on the vehicle AFTER the sale. Thanks again James:) More
