I have been researching the ins and outs of cars for over a year trying to figure out exactly the make/model/year to purchase. One morning I was browsing the web and found a used car with absolutely everyth a year trying to figure out exactly the make/model/year to purchase. I called the dealership and was immediately put in contact with Mike K. who was ready and eager for my visit later in the day. I drove from Stonington, CT to West Springfield, MA to check out the car, and left the dealership a car owner! The help and constant communication between myself and the dealership was outstanding. Now, a month or so later I had a question about my car and was able to speak with Mike regarding my issue and he helped me find the answers I needed instantaneously. This is my third minivan from Bertera Chrysler. I was torn between two different types of minivans and found John to be very patient with me. He let me take my time and no presssure which I absolutely appreciated. He sat with me and spoke to me like a person and not just another customer. I greatly appreciated John for his knowledge and experience. The service dept has greatly improved over the last year which has been extremely noticeable. Rachel and Kathy (service)are two great assests to the company. Gabrielle (manager) thanked me the day I bought the car and the day I picked it up. I know these are little things but from a customers perspective, much appreciated. When I went to the dealership I just went in to browse. I received a phamplet that I was preapproved by my Credit card company so I decided to check it out. We went to check out used Dodge Grand Caravans as ours had been totaled by our insurer subsequent to an accident. Told Monte what we were looking for and he showed us what he had and then offered to show had been totaled by our insurer subsequent to an accident. Turned out with the incentives and sale in progress he offered us a lease on a new vehicle for the same as we could get a used vehicle either there or any other dealer we had visited. Monte was enthusiastic, he listened to what we were saying and accomodated us completely. Cynthia the Business Manager was a doll, very competent and very friendly. It was overall the best car buying experience I've had and I'm in my 60's. More
