I worked with Chris Wesley on my deal. I have been having pretty bad experiences and run arounds with other dealerships before coming to Bertera. Took a few days to work out our deal with financing with Mark Young and it was a done deal. We bought the Wrangler right out of the showroom floor! Found all of the people helpful and friendly, for sure one of our best buying experiences. I was hesitant to even visit another Bertera Store, after feeling like my business was not taken seriously at the Subaru store next door. Before I came to bertera auto I sat and argued numbers at another dealership for 4 hours and still wasnt pleased! We bought our new Durango and found the experience to be very good. Chris Wesley met us while we were looking at new cars and helped us to find the right vehicle for our needs. He was very informative and friendly. Mark ? also helped us to get into the price range we felt comfortable with, and the credit manager gave us several options to finance our vehicle. About 1/2 hr. after we took the car from the lot, we noticed a crack in the windshield. Everyone (their were several) who came out to see the problem was more than helpful in making sure the problem would be taken care of the next day and we were given a loaner car to use. The car came back freshly cleaned and with a new OEM windshield. We felt the price was competitive and since we were trading in 2 newer cars,Bertera was accomodating and fair. More
