As soon as we arrived on the lot Andrew greeted us. From that moment we knew if we were able to buy a car it would be from Bertera. Andrew was polite, informative and showed us all we wanted to see. we had a wonderful experience with this dealership. We ran into some financing delays, not on the dealership's part but on ours.
