I had a problem with my air conditioning system (blowing hot air). Called on a Friday, had appointment on following Monday. System thoroughly checked and leak discovered. Informed that necessary part was in stock and would take approx. four hours to repair. I was informed that my warranty covered the repair and a rental vehicle was available (also covered). I was shuttled to the rental agency and was soon home. Approx. 3hrs. later I was called and informed my vehicle was ready.Decided to pick up the vehicle the next day. Told it would be safe and secure. Glad to report fridgid air has returned. I'm 62 yrs. and have been leary of 'Big Dealerships'. Must say that at all times the personell I came in contact with were extremely professional, curtious with good senses of humor. Made me feel like I was dealing with a 'trusted' neighborhood garage.
