The experince was okay, nothing special. I have had better experiences at other dealers but unfortunately they do not sell Jeeps. This was my first "New" car that I would be purchasing, so I made sure to check all my options and the Chrysler 200 made the cut. I shopped around at many different dealer locations, for all di purchasing, so I made sure to check all my options and the Chrysler 200 made the cut. I shopped around at many different dealer locations, for all different types of cars. None of the other dealers really cared that I had set price that I want to be at for a new car. Kyle and the other sales reps that helped me get my Chrysler in the right color and interior were a great help and I know I was a pain in the butt with the black interior. Since they had to swap out, to get the black interior that I oh so had to have. Thank you guys again, I love my new car and I am sure you'll be seeing me in there for an oil change soon enough. More

Let me start by saying I stopped by the dealership to look at a vehicle for a friend. I ended up buying the vehicle instead. (This is the second vehicle I purchased here). I worked with John Dezaila and he was absolutey wonderful. He was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. There was a mechanical issue with the used vehicle I bought and it was taken care of with no questions. On the negative side, which I hate to bring up but I don't want anybody else to experience, is to make sure the vehicle is fully inspected before purchasing. I have a 16 year old driving my vehicle and the issue with my vehicle was a safety issue which could have caused my child to get into an accident. I understand that used vehicles may have problems, but when the vehicle didn't pass inspection due to a safety issue, I was not confident that the service department did their part in making sure the vehicle was safe. Also, the vehicle was supposed to be detailed before I picked it up, and it was not. That was disappointing because you kind of expect that when purchasing a new or new to you car. Overall the experience was mediocre but I would recommend the dealership to others and I would buy another vehicle there. I love my truck. I would just advise anybody going there to be very insistent on making sure things are done the way they should be for the safety of you and everybody on the road. And if you do decide to shop at Bertera Chrysler Jeep Dodge, make sure to ask for John Dezalia. More
I was stranded on the road after the throttle system light on my 2005 Jeep Liberty Diesel began flashing on a trip from Belle Mead, N.J. to Brimfield, Mass. After calling a number of dealers who were e light on my 2005 Jeep Liberty Diesel began flashing on a trip from Belle Mead, N.J. to Brimfield, Mass. After calling a number of dealers who were either located too far from my location or were unable to assure me of their ability to repair the vehicle, I contacted Bertera in the Hartford area and was told to call their "sister" dealership in Springfield. I spoke with Kathy Bryan who assured me they were equipped to handle the problem and there were motels on the highway strip on which they were located. I had my vehicle towed to their location and on the following day I asked if they had a loaner car and Kathy told me that they could have Enterprise car rental pick me up and I would be charged at their cost $30 a day rate. I rented the car and went about my business and within a few hours Kathy called me with the "good news" that the car had been repaired. I am so grateful for this dealership's overall courteous and professional service, particularly the sensitive help from beginning to end from their service representative Kathy Bryan who made me feel as comfortable as possible in what can be the most disconcerting circumstance. More
