I walked into your dealership with the intentions to possibly trade my car in and get a used car. I walked out of your dealership with a brand new 12 Jeep liberty jet limited. My wife was looking for a Jeep with specific options so she went on line to find the one she wanted. After a couple weeks my parents drove over to Bertera to look around and also bought a new vehicle. After a month I returned to buy yet another vehicle (A Chrysler T&C) as I was pleased with both the sales and service my family was receiving. After yet another 4 months I decided to trade my truck in on another one! (Crazy I Know) My family and I dealt with Joe, Darryl and on several of the vehicles Danny S. who on some of the vehicles wasn't getting credit for the sale per say. As both Joe and Darryl were great to deal with (And I would again)and Gab was involved in all final deals and very pleasant. Danny I felt went above and beyond and for that was one of the reasons I went back and asked for him direct for a salesmen. He called me after the sale to check and see how thing were and if I was happy, He drove me to the Plow company so that i would have the comfort level I wanted that the plow was the right plow for the truck I bought. The service department is great and Rachael is the Best Service person I have dealt with, She is always willing to be sure my needs are met and she is very accommodating understanding my travel. Rather than write a book I will share a few comments on if I think this dealer is a good place to do business. I live 3.1 miles from a Dodge dealership in NY and I drive to Ma.
