Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback, xcustomer. We definitely goofed on that inspection sticker and we're extremely sorry that you had to go through what you did. Not that it matters but the sticker has been updated and the vehicle passed with flying colors. Regarding the paperwork, you found in the glove box, our past customers may have left their service paperwork in the glove box but we can ensure you there were no social security numbers on any of the paperwork. That was another goof on our part and we're very sorry about that. Lastly, we just want to ensure you're completely satisfied with the paint done on your bumper. If you were that concerned that I was completely satisfied with the paint done on my bumper the general manager Brian Yarrows, "you know, the chevy guy" would have came out and spoke to me when I asked for him. It was very unprofessional, irresponsible and unethical on his part. Now Bertera is paying the price, as promised.
