Best experience ever buying a vehicle! When we first arrived at the dealership the place was very busy. We were greeted within 1 minute by a young lady who directed us to a seating area and When we first arrived at the dealership the place was very busy. We were greeted within 1 minute by a young lady who directed us to a seating area and said we would be helped soon. Was not a long wait and Matthew came up and introduced himself with a big smile and shook our hands and assured us he would be right with us. Soon he came and took us to his area and the best experience began! Matt heard what we wanted and went out of his way to explain everything to us. The car for trade that we brought was taken to look over and exactly what we were looking for in a truck was taken for a test drive. Matt heard our concerns regarding payments and made an amazing deal happen! Our whole Bertera experience was the best ever with a car dealership! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, customer service was amazing! We cannot thank you enough Matt for all your help and patience! We will return to Bertera for any future vehicles. probably my best lifetime experience buying a car, KUDOS what a wonderful experience buying this new (used)car, from walking in the door and meeting Jay who brought me to Bob who sat with me, asked a few qu what a wonderful experience buying this new (used)car, from walking in the door and meeting Jay who brought me to Bob who sat with me, asked a few questions and then showed me the car of my dreams. After driving the car, I knew I wanted it and I think Bob recognized just how impressed I was with the car, we sat and talked price , finished the sale and Bob spent a lot of time explaining every option available for this car, things to watch for, service options, etc. I left there feeling completely comfortable buying this car and felt like I had someone looking out for my needs at Bertera. Since owning this car, I have been completely satisfied with the car, it was detailed to look like a car that just left the showroom, it had gas in the tank and I also have to add that my salesman has called me every day since the sale to be sure I was satisfied and had no problems. This had been the easyest and best experience buying a car in my life- Thank You Bob More
