I bought a battery for my bike in March- they have everything to track my purchase. The battery is dead (Oct) and they tested it and said it was good. THE BAD: EXTREME EXTREME EXTREME Sales pressure and HEAVY dealer markups on prices. My first red flag was no prices listed on bikes anywhere. The new 2024 Street Glides were $10,000 over MSRP on Harley's official website. My salesman started off nice, but he showed up DURING my riding class TWICE to ask about me purchasing a motorcycle. He was trying to push an appointment but I told him I wanted to finish the class and obtain my official endorsement so I can test ride a bike before I buy. After my class today, I had to lie and tell him I failed so I could actually browse some clothing and retail items without someone next to me the entire time. YOU CAN NOT WALK NEAR THE BIKES OR CLOTHING WITHOUT A SALESMAN RIGHT NEXT TO YOU. I wanted to buy a nice jacket and a few hats, but walked out of there because of the sales practices. Will be going to another dealer to purchase my bike. More

Not only are the bikes overpriced, but if you are a lady, you are trolled the entire time you are taking lessons or shopping, no matter what it is for. The staff sexually harasses you, including managers. Th you are trolled the entire time you are taking lessons or shopping, no matter what it is for. The staff sexually harasses you, including managers. There is a vast amount of favoritism to only specific staff members; until things don't go the way of the hire-ups. That is how they run the business favors to the top. They don't care if you say no thank you or if you provide a more precise indication you are not interested. It is a horrific experience. I would stay clear of Bert's dealerships if I were you! More
