Need to be better at timing. Was told 90 minutes and it ended up being 3 hours. A few weeks before dropped off X5 the night before our 7:30 am appointment for an engine noise. They had the car 9 days of which 6 were it waiting to be diagnosed. What good is an appointment if it doesn't hold your spot for service? More
