Once again, Bert Smith BMW in St. Petersburg Florida comes through! I went in for routine maintenance and everything was fine. But what I really liked was receiving a several minute v Petersburg Florida comes through! I went in for routine maintenance and everything was fine. But what I really liked was receiving a several minute video of my mechanic going through the underside of my car and the engine area showing me what he performed and the condition of certain things. I had reported some squeaky brakes and assumed I needed a brake job. The mechanic showed me that a little bit of rust was causing the noise. He removed the rest and no more squeaky brakes. I will continue to use Bert Smith BMW‘s service department. Well after my warranty expires. More
