In the end, after they accepted our counter offer, the manager, Steve, provided additional promotions which saved us thousands - without prompting. BTW these were not mentioned to us by competing dealers. manager, Steve, provided additional promotions which saved us thousands - without prompting. I had an issue with my X5 and the service was, as always, excellent. My service advisor, Juan Aviles, was amazing. He got me a loaner while my car was being repaired. They didn't find the issue the first time, but I understand cars nowadays are extremely complicated, and this one was tricky. But overall, the experience was awesome. They kept me informed at all times and made me feel a valued customer at all times. Thank you, Juan! More

I brought my 2020 740i in for a routine oil change. I was wary about it do you a past oil change experience with my 2014 535i. When I brought in my 535, I was told there was an issue with an oil pan bo I was wary about it do you a past oil change experience with my 2014 535i. When I brought in my 535, I was told there was an issue with an oil pan bolt and if the mechanic continued to try to remove it I would be looking at roughly 5k if anything happened to the oil pan. Took the car home, removed it myself in my driveway, bought a new bolt, five dollar fix. We’ll time went by and I decided to give this dealership a second chance. So I brought in my 740. Little did I know what a mistake that would be. Well oddly enough, once again during an oil change there was an issue. The mechanic broke the oil filter in my car and if they continued to try and force it I would be looking at three plus thousand dollars for a new oil filter housing. Odd coincidence? Well at this point, I’m livid. So my wife and I decide it would be best to tow the car to another mechanic who actually knows how to work on BMWs. We asked if the car was ready as the tow truck was on the way and we were told yes it’s ready to go and in neutral. The tow truck driver shows up and the car can’t be towed. There’s an automatic hold the car automatically puts on when you leave the car in neutral. You would think mechanics or subject matter experts would know this. Apparently not. We went back in BMW and it took 5 mechanics gathering around talking and still no one knew how to remove this automatic hold. At this point, I think it’s natural to wonder if they know anything about cars and maybe this is why they broke and couldn’t remove my oil filter. Let me mention the car is never driven over 5k miles without the oil changed. At this point, I’m irritated so my wife goes in due to pressure from the tow truck operator. The service advisor (Alex) tells me he will have to speak with the foreman and they simply can’t be expected to know all models. And if the foreman did know, he couldn’t be expected to go out in the rain where we were stuck because the car was supposed to be ready. So the only question that comes to mind is “what?” At this point I told Alex if the foreman or one of his mechanics didn’t figure out how to remove this hold I would need to speak with the General Manager. Oddly enough, within the next couple minutes Alex comes running. All in all, two different cars, two oil change issues, additional time and money spent, and a threat to speak with the General Manager. I will kindly say I would never in a million years bring my car back or ever recommend this dealer to anyone I know or that I don’t want to be scammed. More
