It wasn’t until payment was received that I had to inquire if rotation was done and they simple said that the service guys “forgot about it “. Frank the front desk guy was more concerned over trying to up-sale me on an AC filter and air filter to which I did not take . My truck barely even had 15k miles and I understand as per “recommendation “ it’s said to be done every 15k to 30 k miles depending of condition of filters . But c’mon seriously ! Ridiculous. More

I've purchased over 15 cars in my lifetime and also overseas but this was the worst. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off. First contact was alright until the appraisal for our 2021 KIA Soul GT-L overseas but this was the worst. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off. First contact was alright until the appraisal for our 2021 KIA Soul GT-Line (10000 miles and only 9 months old) was initially $16000 and was able to increase to $17000. The price of the 2021 GMC 2500HD Denali was discounted from $88000 to $86000. We were approved for finance with Chase up to $80000. Our credit scores of almost 800 were used against us to increase the price/markup. I spoke with Diego on Friday 23 July and he would not budge on the $86K with a in-house $2500 protection plan. If I removed it then the price of the vehicle would be $90000. Ridiculous! Not was the VIN discussed or provided in two text messages with pictures of the finance cut-sheet. Then we I showed up at the dealership from Austin (325 miles away) to pickup my 2021 BLACK 2500 did Ms. Salazar drive up with a 2021 WHITE 2500. I was shocked and ticked off. I informed her to go get her manager to discuss this. Diego only offered to provide an extra $500 to the trade-in which would be $17500 now. Ms. Salazar also provided 2 license plate covers. The loan paperwork was handled satisfactory. I went home feeling very ticked off that the MSRP was $80000 and $83000 would have been alright for the black but it was white. Bert Ogden is very deceptive and not transparent. I submitted twice my information on there website to have their owner and GM contact me. One week later nothing. So I contacted GMC chat on your website and filed a formal complaint. Lastly, know I paid $22500 for the KIA last year, the trade-in should have been around $19000 so I decided to use Bert and a alias to conduct some research. I acted as if I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle from Bert Ogden and trade-in my 2021 KIA again. Interesting the value from their website stated $18000 to $19500 and then I received an email from Delilah Fuentes offering $1500 added to the $19500 trade-in of the KIA. This disgusted me further. I don't consider this matter closed and want to discuss this with the dealership GM. My options are to file a formal complaint to the Brownsville BBB and use social platforms Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc. to further comment and discuss the dishonest activities of Bert Odgen GMC. More
