Leo patiently took me out to test drive several models on repeated visits to the showroom, explained the features and options, and answered all my questions. He took the attitude that it is his job to get me into the right car for me and never pressured me to make a decision. Leo’s friendly and easy manner was very different from experiences at other dealerships where being a senior woman shopping for a car alone was stressful and confusing. When I bought the S80, Rob Giacalone, Business Manager, was immensely helpful in getting me the best financing on the car. The positive nature of working with Leo and Rob extended to the Manager, Paul Russo, who was friendly and welcoming to the dealership and, again, no pressure, just open and helpful. Everyone I met at this dealership including the receptionist is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I can say with no reservations that I highly recommend Lee Volvo in Wellesley. More

I went shopping at Lee Volvo for a C30 for my wife, but I was disappointed to find that with the options I wanted, the C30 got pretty expensive for a small hatchback. After talking to me for a while, Steve was disappointed to find that with the options I wanted, the C30 got pretty expensive for a small hatchback. After talking to me for a while, Steve suggested an S60 with very modest options, pointing out that what was optional on the C30 was standard on the S60. He was definitely right. We worked out a deal at a price that I thought was fair, and then I leased the vehicle at what are currently very attractive lease rates and incentives (which is one reason why this all worked; the S60 is being offered on better terms than the C30). I really felt Steve solved my problem. Good experience. More

Paul didn't try to talk me into a car I couldn't afford but listened very carefully to my criteria and clearly responded to all my questions and concerns. He not only explained all my different options, but did so taking into account my situation and preferences. It was great taking the cars out for a test drive - I at no point felt uncomfortable or nervous but could enjoy the car and the experience because I was accompanied by this competent and friendly salesman. I never felt pressured into making a decision and was treated with great respect and friendliness at all times. I bought a great pre-owned volvo wagon at a great price and look forward to taking it back to Lee Volvo for service because I know I can trust the people there - and they're fun to talk to, which is a welcome bonus! The communication/ follow-up I received from Kial Conway was terrific! I have been in contact with several other dealerships and the communication has been beyond poor. As a matter of fact, it felt like I bought a car rather than feeling like I was sold a car. And the price beat everyone in the area with no need for haggling. This really is a different kind of dealership with a family feel to it. I mean, when was the last time the General Manager of the dealership came over to shake your hand and have a conversation when you last bought a car? My wife and I visited a number of dealers when we were still uncertain of which model we were going to buy. We ultimately did not get a Volvo, but I was very impressed with the way the Internet Salerspers still uncertain of which model we were going to buy. We ultimately did not get a Volvo, but I was very impressed with the way the Internet Salersperson dealth with me, and then salesperson Fred Stoudemire when I visited the showroom. Fred did not resort to any of the typical shenangians other dealers do. They let us test drive the car without doing that trick of making a copy of our licenses and then running a credit check while they kept us busy in the showroom. Fred just simply explained the features of the car and answered our questions. Never were we asked, "What can I do to get you to buy this car?" We visited another dealer that same day, and while that dealership told us, "We don't play the usual games," they did anyway, so it was refreshing to deal with a professional like Fred. More
