Untrustworthy timesuck. I came For a 8 am appointment which I was told would take 1.5 hours. I finally was able to get my car at 2:15 pm. When I arrived I was schedule fo I came For a 8 am appointment which I was told would take 1.5 hours. I finally was able to get my car at 2:15 pm. When I arrived I was schedule for a 60,000 tuneup suddenly was told that I needed extra work on my car. The attendant said it was not done at 40,000 but the dealership said it was not a service needed. Someone was lying. Then I get a call 3.5 hours after dropping off my car saying there is another $500+ service needed. After 6 hours I was called and told that the oil hoses weren’t working so add more time. A whole day for a 1.5 hour service. The only redeeming factor was the lovely young woman who picked me up and shuttled me from my home back to the dealership. $1500 later after the website quoted me at roughly $500? I will never go back again. It perpetuates the stigma that dealerships are not to be trusted. Way to go! More

But fortunately, he any my Sales Consultant, Trevor Loring, located one in NJ. Trevor was both personable and professional.
