It seems like there is no communication between the service manager and service writer. Went in twice for AC fixes before compressor shaft seal was put under warranty by Honda. That fix seems to have been my car’s issue, but they wanted me to pay for labor! I refused and told the service writer to call the service manager to get approval. I should not have even been asked to pay for labor for that repair. I have submitted a request through American Honda for a refund of my two prior fixes, which I now believe we’re done in bad faith. I will never go back to Bernardi Honda for repairs. More
Just bought my first ever brand new car from here this week! My new Honda Pilot is my 6th Honda since I started driving (2 CRVs, 1 accord, now 3 Pilots) and I love it so much. This was my first time buy week! My new Honda Pilot is my 6th Honda since I started driving (2 CRVs, 1 accord, now 3 Pilots) and I love it so much. This was my first time buying a new car versus a used one and also, the first time I have ever gone and negotiated a deal on my own. I really only intended to test drive and see if I could handle downsizing to a smaller SUV again. I was greeted by David M.'s smiling, welcoming face and met with Bob M. who I had seen in reviews to be one of Bernardi's top salesman. I can totally back that claim as Bob was extremely warm, welcoming and gives it to you straight with a very comforting dad demeanor. I immediately felt like I could trust him and his guidance. He assured me I would regret going to a smaller model in this stage of my life with kids and I'm glad he steered me back to the Pilot. Bob and Sinan worked with me to give me a great deal for my trade in and get me into my new car. Josue from the business office was the kindest and most patient, as well staying late to help me wrap up the deal despite being so tired I could barely form sentences. The team were super communicative and efficient through the process. I ended like I began with Bob refreshing me with my new Pilot's features and sweet David saying congratulations and seeing me off. I'm so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend going to Bernardi for any Honda purchases. The team took what could have been a very nerve-wracking or frustrating experience and made it great! More
