Bunch of liars at Bernardi Honda of Natick. Bought a pre-owned 2020 Honda Civic EX-L on August 26, 2023. Nothing but headaches with the car and dealership. Car had a rear end crash/bumper damag Bought a pre-owned 2020 Honda Civic EX-L on August 26, 2023. Nothing but headaches with the car and dealership. Car had a rear end crash/bumper damaged and dealership hide about it. Upon inspection, the car didn’t looked right but they insisted on fixing the damage. After bunch of run around excuses and patiently waiting for 2 weeks, dealership still failed miserably to fixed the obvious issue. They claimed to have send the car over to the body shop to repaired the rear bumper and the result was a joke. It looked as if it was repaired by a joker. When it was finally time to take possession of my car, the car wasn’t even fully detailed. No sign of wax or polish was done to the car. Told the salesperson and did nothing but lies again and again. Stay away from this dealership. Bunch of incompetent unprofessional people. It’s a xxxx shame. More
Yesterday we purchased our second CR-V Hybrid AWD from Victor Medina at Bernardi Honda. Unlike the purchase of our first CR-V Hybrid AWD last year from another dealer, this transaction went quite smoothly Victor Medina at Bernardi Honda. Unlike the purchase of our first CR-V Hybrid AWD last year from another dealer, this transaction went quite smoothly - with no math errors, unexpected price increases, or impatient and boring finance managers. Victor was friendly and proactive in sharing a ton of information about the new CR-V. He then assisted us in setting up the new vehicle with our phones and patiently answered all of our questions about the new hybrid technology and the numerous safety features. Scott Wells, our Sales Manager, could not have been more friendly. He orchestrated the process to move quickly and error free despite a crowded showroom. Will, the finance manager whose last name I neglected to get, was unique among finance managers with whom we have worked at other dealerships. He quickly but thoroughly explained all available services and did not pressure us to purchase any service. We also ran into Wilson Cruz, an excellent service advisor, who has coordinated the service on our older CR-Vs. We highly recommend Victor and the rest of the Bernardi team! More

Zero respect for customers. I made an appointment for 8:30 to have the oil changed on my car. They quoted me a price for the service $25 higher than their advertised price, bu I made an appointment for 8:30 to have the oil changed on my car. They quoted me a price for the service $25 higher than their advertised price, but I know to always ask for coupons based on past experience, so I figured I'd give it a shot. They took my car at 8:30 and parked it in the lot. At 9 my car was still parked. At 9:30 my car was still parked, but I was told that I was the "next car" they were taking in. At 10 I told them to give me my car back. The service rep went to talk to the service manager. The service manager got up and walked away from the room. Great customer service and great respect for other people's time. I get that they could care less about a cheap oil change, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I bought a car from this dealership, and i won't make that mistake again. More

placed 2500 deposit on ridgeline and was asked to come when vehicle arrived to sign paperwork.shen i arrived i was told the credit was not approved but i could still sign. I had been at dealership for o when vehicle arrived to sign paperwork.shen i arrived i was told the credit was not approved but i could still sign. I had been at dealership for over an hour when i was told about this so i left saying i could come back but when i called next day they said they had no openings to sign that day and if i wanted to come the could not promise anything. So rude and not accommodating i cancelled order which they could have cared less about. Terrible management allows these things to happen. Bernardi is not a well run organization. More
